About Us
In today’s world it is more important than ever for young people to make friends with themselves, to help them increase family connections and to nurture a positive self-view.
IKO was founded by Kristina and Rebecca who have backgrounds in education, advertising, business and design. Both are mothers to tween girls and have a passion for raising them to love themselves. IKO was born out of this desire.
Introducing self-care rituals into tween's and teen's daily lives is a proven and effective way to grow stability and resilience in their rapidly changing world. IKO self-care serves as an anchor as they navigate the turbulent waters of adolescence.
