Just taking 15mins of your day to be with yourself for yourself can have a significantly positive impact on your emotional well-being. A self-care routine encourages more focus on self-compassion – treating yourself with kindness, openness, and acceptance. ❤️

There’s no need to crave attention, acceptance, or validation from others when you can look inward and give attention to yourself. The simple act of looking inward and acknowledging your inner voice and sense of self will help to make more sense of your world and to own YOUR story.

It doesn’t matter whether the self-care routine is a meditation, an evening bedtime routine, or a daily skincare routine…… What matters is the 15mins a day that you devote to yourself. To be present, to be aware, accepting of every part of you, and comfortable in your own skin.
