Caring for Teen Skin with Amanda Griffin Jacob

Since Kieran is my first child, I’m always learning on the fly with him…and my other kids benefit from our lessons 😅 Last year I noticed he was starting to get a pimple here and there and skin dryness (from the sun and hormones!) Pretty normal stuff for a tween. But I realised we needed to start taking care of his skin.

I discovered IKO Collective, an Australian self-aware personal care brand for tweens and teens. A complete range of products scientifically formulated from nature specifically for tweens and teens 🌟⁣ ⁣ I fell in love with their philosophy which is something our young ones 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 to learn to practice in today’s world:⁣ ⁣ 𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝟷𝟻𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭-𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨.  Kieran has been using the IKO COLLECTIVE range for 6 months now and it really helps soothe and moisturise his skin. ⁣and I feel good because it’s all NATURAL 🍃⁣ ⁣ Getting kids into a skin care routine when they’re young is SO important. If this habit is ingrained early, it will be a part of their lifestyle to not just take good care of their skin, but also to have that dedicated space to focus, be with themselves, and learn to treat themselves with grace and compassion…🌟⁣ ⁣
